How can I place an order?
Order channels for VetKim products:

Your order will be processed as soon as possible.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
For standard orders, the minimum order quantity is 1 box (12 boluses). For bulk orders, please contact our sales team for special pricing.
What payment methods do you accept?
Accepted payment methods:

• Bank transfer / EFT
• Credit card (by phone)
• Cash on delivery (cash or credit card)
• Open account (for authorised dealers)

Deferred payment options are available for corporate customers.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times:

• **In-stock products:** 1-3 business days
• **Major cities:** 1-2 business days
• **Other provinces:** 2-3 business days
• **Remote areas:** 3-5 business days

You will be notified by SMS when your order is dispatched.
What is the delivery charge?
Delivery charges:

• **Orders over 500 TL:** Free shipping
• **Orders under 500 TL:** Fixed shipping charge applies

How do I track my order?
When your order is dispatched:

1. An SMS containing a tracking number is sent
2. You will be notified by email
3. You can track it on the relevant courier company's website

If you have trouble with tracking, you can call our customer service.
What are the return and exchange conditions?
Return conditions:

• Products must be in original packaging and unused
• Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
• Cold chain products cannot be returned
• Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility

**In case of damaged product:** A report must be drawn up in the presence of the courier at the time of delivery.
What should I do if a damaged product arrives?
In case of a damaged product:

1. Check the package at the time of delivery
2. If damaged, draw up a report with the courier
3. Document with photographs
4. Call customer service within 24 hours: +90 224 XXX XX XX
5. The damaged product will be replaced free of charge with a new one
